This means the structure for 4 layers are the same, composted of veneer, inner tube, reinforcement and cover.  But the thick wall meet with large diameter requirement, thin wall conform to smaller OD.  Thick wall available sizes: 5/16″, 13/32″, 1/2″, 5/8″, thin wall available sizes 5/16″, 13/32″, 7/16″, 1/2″, 5/8″.
