SAE 100 R6/DIN EN854 1TE  textile reinforced hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids and it is mainly used in low pressure conditions. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality black synthetic rubber, which is resistant to oil, abrasion and corrosion. Therefore, the hose is widely used in the delivery of petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement is made from one layer of braided textile, making it widely used in low pressure applications. The cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, which is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, cut, aging and sunlight. The hose has longer service life.

BAILI can manufacture the high-quality hose according to your requirements and can print your logo on the hose cover surface. BAILI can offer with both wrapped and smooth cover with maximum length 100m per roll. Type 1TE and SAE 100 R6 are not subjected to the impulse or vacuum resistance test.

 SAE 100 R6 and EN854 1TE has the following differences:

• Type R6 has higher working pressure and burst pressure than 1TE hose.
• Per ISO 4079 standard, R6 varies in sizes from 3/16”to 3/4”. While 1TE hose varies in sizes from 3/16” to 4”.
• 1TE hose has a better bend radius then R6 hose.  

SAE 100 R6/DIN EN8854 1TE hydraulic hose is commonky used in low working pressure conditions including return & suction lines, power steering return hoses, lube lines and air lines without brake applications.
