SAE 100R3/ DIN EN 854 3TE  hydraulic hose is designed with 3 parts, tube, reinforcement, and cover. The tube is made of synthetic rubber material, oil-resistant; the reinforcement is made of two layers of fiber braids which make the hose lightweight and flexible; and the hose cover is also made of synthetic rubber material, oil and weather resistant. Our hydraulic hose manufacturer can manufacture the high-quality hose according to your requirements and can print your logo on the hose cover surface. For type 3TE and R3 hoses, when tested at an impulse pressure equal to 133 % of the maximum working pressure for hoses of nominal size up to and including 25, or at 100 % of the maximum working pressure for hoses of nominal size greater than 25, the hose shall withstand a minimum of 200 000  impulse cycles.

 BAILI cancan offer with both wrapped and smooth cover with maximum length 100m per roll. SAE 100 R3 and EN854 3TE has the following difference:

• 3TE hose has higher working pressure than SAE 100 R3 hose.
• 3TE hose has smaller outer diameter so it is more flexible compared with SAE 100 R3 hose.
• 3TE hose bend radius is smaller compared with R3 hose.

The medium pressure SAE 100R3/ DIN EN 854 3TE  hydraulic hose can be widely used for many applications, including Petroleum-based hydraulic fluid, gasoline, water, lubricating oils, glycol, mineral oils, and more. Medium in details:

- oil-based hydraulic fluids HH, HL, HM, HR and HV as defined in ISO 6743-4 at temperatures ranging

from −40 °C to +100 °C;

— water-based fluids HFC, HFAE, HFAS and HFB as defined in ISO 6743-4 at temperatures ranging

from 0 °C to +60 °C;

— water at temperatures ranging from 0 °C to +60 °C.
