DIN EN857 1SC hydraulic hose belongs to compact hydraulic hose construction. The COMPACT FLEX EN857-1SC standard compliant braided flexible hose is widely used in the hydraulic sector for pressures from 88 to 225 bar. “Peeling” is unnecessary to assemble the fittings. In addition, the reduced cross-section compared to the 1SN series is particularly useful when limited space is an issue. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from black oil resistant synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion and corrosion. The reinforcement is made from one layer of high tensile braided steel wire, making the hose resistant to high pressure. The cover is made from oil, abrasion, corrosion, weather and aging resistant synthetic rubber with cloth impression. 1SC hydraulic hose with standard of EN857 and the available sizes are from 1/4” to 1”. The minimum impulse cycles for 1SC hoses is also 150,000 times. Compared with 1SN or 1 ST hydraulic hoses, EN 857 1SC hoses performs excellent in the bend radius. The smaller diameter make it easily installed in the limited space or working room. In other saying that EN 857 1SC single wire braid hydraulic hose is proper for tight routing.
