PRODUCTS INTRODUCTION

Compared with R1/1SN, designed with a layer of reinforcement, SAE 100 R2AT/DIN EN853 2SN hydraulic hose is designed with 2 layers of reinforcement, made of high tensile steel wire braids. The steel wire braids can enhance the stability and strength of hydraulic hose structure to afford high pressure. So steel wire braided hoses can be used to transport petrochemicals and hydraulic fluids under relatively high pressure and temperature. The inner tube is compatible with the liquid it carries. This allows both free-flowing elasticity and pressure-resistant stress bearing. This tube usually consists of synthetic rubbers. The reinforcement layer surrounds the inner tube and consists of  braided wire, which supports the tubing while also protecting against tears.

The outer layer consists of rigid materials and protects the innards of the hose. R2 hydraulic hose divide into wrapped cover and smooth cover. Wrapped covers consist of nylon fabric strips that are wrapped around the hose prior to curing. During the curing process pressure is applied and the material is consolidated. When the nylon is removed after curing, the textile weave and circumferential ridges where the nylon strips overlapped remain imprinted on the hose surface. Alternatively, for smooth covers, a plastic sheath is extruded around the hose. The plastic sheath applies pressure during curing and does not leave the circular ‘witness marks’ or fabric imprints. Customers can choose the different surfaces for hydraulic hoses.

SAE 100 R2 AT / DIN EN853 2SN applied to  high pressure hydraulic systems in industry and agriculture.There are three main kinds of liquid that will pass through a hydraulic hose include petroleum oil, Synthetic oil and liquid with a high-water content.

While the majority of hydraulic hoses are capable of transporting petroleum oil and liquids with high-water contents, synthetic oils require dedicated hose materials. Compatibility ratings are typically available from the manufacturer or from resource literature.
