SAE100 R15 hydraulic hose consists of four or six layers of high tensile spiral wire which give the hose best abrasion resistance and impulse fatigue. This kind of reinforcement is ideal for outdoor applications like forestry and mine equipment.  has sizes from 3/8” to 1-/1 2”. Inner tube’s main raw materials import from Japan and Korea. Compared with SAE 100 R13 hose, SAE 100 R15 hose has higher working pressure and burst pressure. The constant working pressure for R15 is 414 bar and burst pressure is 1655 bar. BAILI SAE 100 R13 hose performs higher than the minimum impulse cycle 500,000.  We can offer the length with 20m,40m, 60m or even 100m per roll which can meet with various requests from customers. And also we use narrow nylon tape to curing hose with the wrapped cover which can enhance the adhesive force between outer rubber and steel wire reinforcement.

About hose pressure:

Hydraulic hoses can withstand both an external and an internal pressure minimum and maximum. Maximum working pressure can up to 6090psi at 3/4”. If you exceed either of these ratings, this can result in severely curtail hose performance.Pressure ratings or recommendations for a particular type of hose are typically available from the manufacturer.
