SAE 100R13 high pressure hydraulic hose is reinforced by four & six alternating layers of spiral and high-tensile steel wire. 6,000 psi constant working pressure and high impulse strength make it very popular in logging, construction/mining, agriculture and oil field equipment. It is totally competent to applications where only need 5,000 psi operating pressure. SAE 100 R13 is available in sizes from 3/4” to 2”.  And from 3/4” to 1”, it is reinforced with 4 wire spirals and above 1”it is reinforced with 6 wire spirals. BAILI SAE 100 R13 hose performs higher than the minimum impulse cycle 500,000.

BAILI hose factory made innovations on the spiral hydraulic hoses recently. 1) We can produce the spiral hose with smooth cover which can offer more alternatives to customers. The smooth spiral hose with high flexibility, high pressure and high impulse. 2) The spiral hoses with steel mandrel will not limit by the short length and the maximum length we can produce is 100m per roll. 3) The wrapped cover SAE 100 R13 hydraulic hoses, we adopted with narrow nylon tape which makes the surface of wrapped cover more compact and good-looking. And this change will enhance the adhesive force between the outer cover and steel wire reinforcement.

SAE100 R13 hydraulic hose can be used in harvesting equipment, logging equipment, injection mold machine, mobile construction equipment, oil field equipment.It is suitable to deliver petroleum based hydraulic oils and it is also mainly used in high pressure working conditions.
