Reinforcement1 high tensile steel wire braid on sizes 1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8” and 1/2” and 2 braids on sizes 5/8”, 3/4” and 1”

Outer tube:black, oil, weather and abrasion resistant synthetic rubber

Safety factor: 4: 1

Application: petroleum base hydraulic fluids

Temperature range: -40℃(-40°F)+100℃(+212°F); Intermittent service: +120℃(+248°F)

Max.temperature recommended for water base hydraulic fluids:+70℃(+158°F)

Max.temperature recommended for air:+60℃(+140°F)

PRODUCTS INTRODUCTION

SAE 100R17 hydraulic hose has one or two braids of steel-wire reinforcement and a constant working pressure rating of 3000 psi.This hose is designed for use in medium pressure (up to 210 bar) hydraulic applications.The NBR tube provides oil resistance, and the outer cover provides resistance to both oil and weathering. SAE 100 R17 hose is popular in the market with smooth cover, while the wrapped cover can be also offered by BAILI hose factory. R17 hose is flexible because of the smaller bend radius and the available sizes are from 1/4” to 1” only. What we need to pay attention is the hose from 1/4” to 1/2”with single wire braid only and from 5/8” to 1” with double high tensile steel wire braid. And the working pressure is constant and nearly stable and differs from 207bar to 225 bar per different sizes.
