PRODUCTS INTRODUCTION

Hydraulic rubber hose SAE 100 R16  is suitable for connecting hydraulic equipment in narrow installation space, because it has smaller bending radius and outside diameter. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from black oil resistant synthetic rubber, making it have excellent performance in delivering oils. The reinforcement is designed of  two layers of braided steel wire, which is highly resistant to high pressure. The cover is made from weather resistant synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to weather, ozone, aging, abrasion, corrosion and cut.SAE 100 R16 hose belong to compact type of hydraulic hoses and the available sizes from 1/4” to 1-1/4” and the working pressure differs from 112 bar to 345 bar. Compared with R2 with double wire braided hose, R16 hose has smaller diameter and excellent bend radius. The smaller bend radius makes this kind of hose is very flexible and easy to install.

SAE 100R16 hydraulic hose can be installed in the temperature of -40°C to +121°C. And the application is Petroleum-based hydraulic fluid, gasoline, water, diesel fuels, lubricating oils, glycol, mineral oils, and more.
