It is composited of three parts tube, reinforcement and cover. Natural NBR raw material imported from Korea and Japan with a better oil resistant, high tensile steel wire reinforced in the form of two wire braids which assist for a higher working pressure. The cover can be weather and abrasion resistant, aging  and ozone resistant. It meets Flame Resistance US MSHA Designation. We can offer smooth and wrapped cover for 2SC hydraulic hoses with length range from 50m to 100m per coil. The temperature range is from -40°F to 212°F (-40°C to 100°C).2SC hydraulic hose follow the standard of EN857 and the available sizes are from 1/4” to 1”. The minimum impulse cycles for EN 857 2SC hoses is also 200,000 times. Compared with 2SN or 2ST hydraulic hoses, EN 857 2SC hoses performs excellent in the bend radius.
