SAE 100R8/EN 855 R8 thermoplastic hydraulic hose is designed with 3 parts, tube, reinforcement and cover. The inner tube is made of oil-resistant synthetic thermoplastic core(Nylon) material, reinforcement is one braid of high tensile synthetic fiber, and the cover is made of Abrasion-resistant polyurethane.  Electrically nonconductive100R8 hose is available for use in applications where there is potential of contact with high voltage sources. SAE 100 R8 thermoplastic hose for use with petroleum base and synthetic hydraulic fluids within a temperature range of -40 to +93 °C, and with water base hydraulic fluids within the temperature ranges agreed upon by the manufacturers of both the hose and the fluid. Operating temperatures in excess of +93 °C with petroleum base hydraulic fluids can materially reduce the life of the hose.The SAE R100 R8 hose is available in eight sizes between 1/8” I.D. and 1” I.D. R8 hose hydraulic hose is rated between 140  and 240 bar working pressure, and 560 and 960 bar minimum burst pressure, depending on diameter.  Its urethane covering is abrasion, ozone, and weather resistant. The smooth, glossy urethane cover on our R8 hose also gives it great visual appeal.
