PRODUCTS INTRODUCTION

SAE 100R7/ EN 855 R7 twin hose is  a result of the joining of two or more hoses by means of a procedure that is unique in the industry and does not undermine the hose integrity. The joining can be made between hose of the same size and specification.  The twin hose can be produced in two kinds: one is reinforced with polyester braid, the other is reinforced with steel wire braid. Additional operation is required for assembly involving splitting the twin hose. The SAE R100 R7 twin hose is available in eight sizes between 1/8” I.D. and 1” I.D. R7 twin  hydraulic hose is rated between 70 and 210 bar working pressure, and 280 and 840 bar minimum burst pressure, depending on diameter. Working temperature range is from -40°F to 212°F. Its urethane covering is abrasion, ozone, and weather resistant. The smooth, glossy urethane cover on our R7 twin hose also gives it great visual appeal.
